Victory Over The Enemy
And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ. For the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, he who accuses them day and night before our God. They have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; and they did not love their lives so as to shy away from death (Revelation 12:10-11)
The people of God must have the perceiving spirit to understand the revelations of God through His words. For the past 4 years, I (Rod Cubos) have been preaching this kind of sermon about the power of the blood of Jesus and it testifies on my behalf and on the church. The body of Christ must specialize or master the application of the blood of Jesus to overcame every works of the enemies.
"The outcome of the battle does not determine in the battlefield, but in the prophet's chamber"
“Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel and said to them, “Pick out and take lambs for yourselves according to your families, and kill the Passover lamb. 22 And you shall take a bunch of hyssop, dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two doorposts with the blood that is in the basin. And none of you shall go out of the door of his house until morning. 23 For the LORD will pass through to strike the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the LORD will pass over the door and not allow the destroyer to come into your houses to strike you.” Exodus 12:21-23 NKJV
Without applying the blood with the hyssop, the people did not receive the effects of the blood. It was available, but it had to be applied to receive the benefits.
The “word of our testimony” is the New Testament hyssop. The hyssop becomes the confession we make regarding the blood of the lamb.
"In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace" (Ephesians 1:7)
Confession: “By the blood of Jesus, I have been redeemed! I have been rescued from the power of the enemy. Satan has no power over my life. I have been set free from his dominion and translated into the kingdom of Jesus Christ! By the blood of Jesus, all my sins have been forgiven."
The other word for redemption is rescue. Jesus rescued us from the power of darkness and from the empty way of living. We have been rescued from the life of sinning at its consequences in our lives.

HOLY OF HOLIES - the inner sanctuary of the Tabernacle where God's Presence dwell |
"Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus" (Hebrews 10:19)
In Old Testament, God commanded the Israelites to make a Tabernacle where their high priest can offer their sacrifices to forgive the sins of the people. If the high priest enter the Holy of Holies or the Most Holy Place without bringing the blood sacrifice, this could lead them to death. According to the Law, in fact, nearly everything must be purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness (Hebrews 9:22)
"You cannot go to the Lord empty-handed"

At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom (Matthew 27:51) |
In the New Testament, moments after the death of our Lord Jesus Christ, the veil that separated man and God's presence was torn in two, signifying that through the blood of Jesus Christ, we can come boldly through His throne room of grace. It is a privilege or the undeserving favor that is given to us that we must not take granted. The people in the Old Testament must have envy our lives right now for the grace that God is giving us. Though, one must have the revelation of the cross to claim the power of the blood of Jesus in His cross.
"When we confess the blood of Jesus, we declare war on the forces of darkness"

the voice of your brother's blood cried unto me from the ground (Genesis 4:10) |
In the story of Cain and Abel, it is clear that the blood speaks. You have come to God the judge of all men, to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12: 23a-24). We must understand the power and authority that is in the blood of Jesus to overcome the invisible and visible realm. He paid the price for us all.
"In our own strengths and power, we cannot overcome anything but only by the blood of Jesus because the enemy can't stand in it"
2. By the blood of Jesus, we have been washed from every sins
“But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” (1 John 1:7 NKJV)
Confession: “Because I walk in the light, the blood of Jesus Christ is cleansing me right now and continuously of all sin and all wickedness.”
The blood of Jesus has cleansed us and continues cleansing us from our weaknesses. According to the Law, in fact, nearly everything must be purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness (Hebrews 9:22)
'As I live,' says the LORD, 'just as you have spoken in My hearing, so I will surely do to you; (Numbers 14:28)
3. By the blood of Jesus, we have been justified
“God shows His love to us, in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us. We are justified by His blood.” Romans 5:8-9 NKJV
“For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” 2 Corinthians 5:21 NKJV
Confession: “By the blood of Jesus, I have been justified and God sees me as if I have never sinned.”
The enemy's goal is to steal, kill and destroy. He will accuse us of our sins everyday, and in order to stand, we must declare the blood of Jesus in our lives.
"In the judgment day, we can give no reason (walay rason) in all our trespasses in worshiping and knowing Christ"
4. By the blood of Jesus, we have been sanctified
“Therefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered outside the gate.” Hebrews 13:12 NKJV
Confession: "By the blood of Jesus, I am made holy"
The blood of Jesus makes us holy. God sees us as pure and holy. The nature of God is holiness. In God there is no sin.
When we confess, “by the blood of Jesus, I have been sanctified,” we are decreeing that the character of God, the character of holiness, is within our lives.
APPLICATION: Declaring the power of the blood of Jesus in our daily devotionals and prayers
By the blood of Jesus I’ve been redeemed. I have been rescued from the power of the enemy. Satan does not have any power over my life because I have been set free from his dominion and have been translated into the kingdom of Jesus Christ.
By the blood of Jesus, all of my sins have been forgiven.
By the blood of Jesus, I am renewed because I walk in the light. The blood of Jesus is cleansing me now and continuously of all sin.
By the blood of Jesus, I am made righteous. God sees me as if I have never sinned.
By the blood of Jesus, I am made holy. Lord Jesus, thank you for your blood because now it testifies on my behalf. It rebukes the dragon, the old serpent, the demons, the forces of wickedness, the blood of Jesus itself rebukes sickness, rebukes oppression, it rebukes the curse, it rebukes anguish and the evil is cast out of my home…. Out of my ministry… out my finances…… out of my family… out of my life! Now the power of Jesus Christ lives, lives, lives within me!
Shalom!
Power si LORD, Amen.
